The identity of the prisoner has been confirmed by Breathing in Confinement as <strong>Milad Vahidi Naqdal\u012b.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to the report, <strong>Milad Vahidi Naqdal\u012b,<\/strong> son of Safarali, born on 28 October 1992 and from Marvdasht, had previously been arrested on charges of \u201cmurder\u201d and was ultimately sentenced to death. Prior to the execution of the sentence, <strong>he had donated his kidneys, and following the execution, the process of organ donation from his body was also carried out.<\/strong> The sentence was implemented in the early hours of Monday, 11 May 2026, in Marvdasht Prison.<\/p>\n<p><strong>No official announcement<\/strong><br \/>\nAt the time of publication, no official sources had announced the execution of this prisoner.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Annual report on executions in Iran<\/strong><br \/>\nAccording to the annual report of the Statistical Centre of the Prisoners&#8217; Rights League in Iran, between March 2025 and March 2026, at least 2,616 individuals were executed in Iran. Of these, 12 executions were carried out in public.
