Breathing in Confinement:<\/strong> The death sentence of a prisoner who had previously been arrested and sentenced to death on charges related to drug offences has been carried out in Kerman Prison.<\/p>\n

According to reporters for Breathing in Confinement, the news outlet of the Prisoners’ Rights League in Iran, a prisoner was hanged in Kerman Prison in the early hours of Sunday, 24 May 2026<\/strong>. The identity of the prisoner has been confirmed by Breathing in Confinement as Heydar Mohammadi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

According to the report, Heydar Mohammadi,<\/strong> aged 24, had previously been arrested on charges related to drug offences and was subsequently sentenced to death. His co-defendant in the same case was executed in Kahnuj Prison in October 2025.<\/p>\n

The death sentence against Heydar Mohammadi<\/strong> was carried out in the early hours of Sunday, 24 May 2026, in Kerman Prison.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
