Breathing in Confinement: Thursday, March 26, the security guards in Tabriz prison fired at inmates.
On Thursday evening, Tabriz prison inmates protested over the refusal of the authorities to quarantine a suspicious case of Covid-19, as well as their lack of compliance with the prisoner temporary release rules, Breathing in Confinement reported.
The roads leading to the jail were blocked by the police and the sound of gunshots from the prison was repeatedly heard.
