Breathing in Confinement – There is no information about 3 Kurdish political prisoners who were supposed to be executed today.

According to the reports obtained by Prisoners’ Rights League in Iran (PRLI), the authorities of Rajai Shahr Prison of Karaj and the judiciary have not given the families of Zaniar and Loghman Moradi and Ramin Hossein Panahi, any exact information about their fate.

One of the relatives of Zaniar and Loghman Moradi told PRLI’s reporter: “We were in front of the prison until 9 o’clock. Finally we were told that the security agents had taken Zaniar and Loghman Moradi to somewhere after our meeting with them yesterday.”

The authorities have not told the families about their current whereabouts.

“When their lawyer and we went to the court, they told us that all security cases had been sent to Evin prison and we had to go there.” This source continued.

He said: “In Evin prison they told us that the judge was in the court only on Sunday and Tuesday and we had to be there on Sunday to meet him.”
