Breathing in Confinement: On Tuesday, December 6, 2022, Mohammad Qabadlu’s trial was held at the first branch of the criminal court of Tehran province. He is one of the detainees of the nationwide uprising.
On December 6, 2022, a hearing on the charges against Mohammad Qabadlu, one of the detainees of the nationwide uprising, was held in the criminal court of Tehran province. However, due to the incomplete evidence, the hearing was postponed to Saturday, December 10, 2022.
Mahdokht Damghanpour, Mohammad’s lawyer, announced wrote on his Twitter page: “Yesterday, December 6, the hearing of the charge against Mohammad Qabadlu was held in the first branch of the Criminal Court of Tehran province where I and my colleague, Amir Raisian were also present. The defence of the accused and his lawyers were presented, and due to the lack of investigation on the mental state of the accused, the hearing was postponed to December 10.
Mohammad Qabadlu, 22, is one of the detained citizens who was tried on Saturday, October 29, at the General and Revolutionary Court of Tehran presided over by Judge Abolqasem Salvati.
