Breathing in Confinement – A prisoner who was 17 at the time of arrest has been executed in Noor prison. According to a report obtained by Prisoners’ Rights League in Iran (PRLI), Tooraj Azizi who had been arrested when he was 17 years old, was executed on 28 July 2019 in the prison of Noor.
