Breathing in Confinement – A prisoner who was 17 at the time of arrest has been executed in Noor prison.
According to a report obtained by Prisoners’ Rights League in Iran (PRLI), Tooraj Azizi who had been arrested when he was 17 years old, was executed on 28 July 2019 in the prison of Noor.
Tooraj Azizi was 23 at the time of execution and had been arrested and charged with murder 6 years ago.
According to an informed source, he had stabbed one of his friends as a result of a sudden anger.
