Arrest of 7 lawyers and civil activists in Tehran; Three of detainees were released

Breathing in Confinement: Yesterday, four lawyers and a journalist were arrested by security forces in Tehran and taken to an unknown location.
According to Breathing in Confinement, the news organ of the Prisoners’ Rights League in Iran, the lawyers, Arash Keikhosravi, Mostafa Nili, Mohammad Reza Faghihi and Leila Heidari and the journalist Mehdi Mahmoudian, as well as Maryam Farafraz, the civil activist and a member of Imam Ali Society of Students Against Poverty, were detained by security forces. They were arrested in Tehran and transferred to an unknown location. During the arrest, some of their personal belongings, including their cell phones, were confiscated by security forces.
The lawyer, Mohammad Hadi Erfanian, was released a few hours after his arrest. Maryam Farafraz and Leila Heidari were also released.
So far, no information is available on the reasons for the arrest and the detaining center where the other detainees are being held.
