Breathing in Confinement, November 26, 2020: Two Kulbars were shot and wounded by police in the Nosud border area.
According to the Hangaw Human Rights Organization, on Wednesday, November 25, 2020, in one of the border areas of Nosud district in the City of Paveh, the border guards of the Islamic Republic opened fire on a group of Kulbars and severely wounded two of them.
