Two people were arrested on alleged charge of intending to host a party

Breathing in Confinement -Social Deputy of Police Commander in West of Tehran Province announced that 2 people were arrested in Tehran, on the charge of intending to host a party.

According to ISNA, a citizen planning to hold a Halloween party at a café in Parand city was arrested along with the coffee shop owner.

“Police officers acted in coordination with the judicial authorities to arrest the host. So that, appearing at the café, the police arrested the party holder along with the coffee shop owner and transferred them to the police station.” Said Mehdi Sarpanah, Deputy Commander of Police in West of Tehran Province.

Although these citizens have been arrested before taking any action, Sarpanah claimed: “These people were planning to show up with scary costumes in the passageways- the usual way of celebrating Halloween, to frighten others for fun.”
