Breathing in Confinement, May 22, 2020: Hafez Akram Koohi, the Friday Imam of Pashamag County in Zahedan, was summoned to and interrogated in the IRGC Intelligence Office in Zahedan.

According to the Baloch Activists Campaign, Hafiz Akram Koohi was interrogated on Wednesday, May 20, 2020, just because of being a relative of Maulana Fazlur Rahman Koohi, who has been detained by the security forces since November 2019.

According to the report, he was interrogated for more than an hour and was asked about the “staff, teachers and students” of Anwar al-Haramain religious school.

It needs to be mentioned that Maulana Fazlur Rahman Koohi is one of the clerics who are critical of the Islamic Republic policies and has been in custody since November 28, 2019.
