A prisoner saved from execution in Kerman

Breathing in Confinement: Being pardoned by the blood owners, a prisoner who thirteen years ago had been sentenced to death for murder, was saved from execution.

 

According to Rokna news agency, quoting Ramazan Amiri, director general of the prisons in Kerman province, a 38-year-old prisoner who had been on death row for 13 years, was returned to life with the consent of victim’s family
