Breathing in Confinement: A prisoner was executed in Ghayen Prison in South Khorasan, on charges of carrying drugs.

 

According to the Baloch Activists Campaign, on Tuesday, October 13, 2020, a Baloch citizen named “Mehrshad Brahui” was executed in the County of Ghayen in South Khorasan on charges of carrying drugs.

 

According to the report, Mehrshad had no previous criminal record and his death sentence was carried out while according to law, unarmed drug trafficking is only punishable by 10-25 years imprisonment.
