Detention of a Baluch citizen by security forces in the City of Dashtiari

Breathing in Confinement, December 2, 2020: A Baluch citizen was arrested by security forces in the City of Dashtiari.

According to the Baloch Activists Campaign, a Baloch citizen named “Yaser Hut”, the son of Babu from Polan District in Dashtiari, was arrested by security forces on Thursday, November 25, 2020.

“Yaser was in his shop when arrested by the intelligence agents who lacked a court order,” an informed source told the Campaign Reporter.

The source added: “After Yaser’s arrest, in response to his family who were concerned about him, the security agents said that he had been transferred to Zahedan.”

No information is available neither on the charges against Yasser, nor on the reason for his detention.
