Breathing in Confinement, December 26, 2020: There is no information available on the fate of a Baluch citizen who was arrested in April this year.

According to the Baloch Activists Campaign, “Hamzeh Bilrani”, the son of Mirza from Zahedan, was arrested by Zahedan intelligence agents on April 25, 2020. And since then, there is no information available on his fate.

 

As per the report, Hamzeh was kept for five months in Zahedan Intelligence Office and then was transferred to Ward 3 of Zahedan Central Prison. Hamza’s family members have been denied the right to visit or call him for about eight months since the time of his arrest.

 

Zahedan intelligence officials have declared that Hamzeh is charged with membership in and cooperation with anti-regime groups.
