Breathing in Confinement, January 17, 2021: A citizen from the City West Islamabad in Kermanshah province, who had been arrested on charge of murder, died twelve days after falling into a coma as a result of being beaten and tortured by intelligence agents.
According to Hengaw Human Rights Organization, on Friday, January 15, 2021, “Bahman Oghabi”, 35, who had fallen into a coma on Sunday, January 3, after being beaten and tortured by the agents of Intelligence Office in Kermanshah, died in hospital
