Breathing in Confinement: On Wednesday, December 15, 2021, the labor activist, Sajjad Shokri, was released on parole from Evin Prison.

According to Breathing in Confinement, the news organ of the Prisoners’ Rights League in Iran, the labor activist, Sajjad Shokri, was released on parole from Evin Prison.

On August 6, 2020, Mr. Shokri was arrested by security forces in Tehran  and transferred to Evin Prison. He was eventually sentenced by Branch 26 of the Revolutionary Court in Tehran to four years in prison.
