According to “Breathing in Confinement,” the news organ of the Prisoners’ Rights League in Iran, on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, Safa Aeli, the uncle of Mahsa Amini, was detained by security forces.
On Tuesday, September 5, at approximately 1:00 PM, three vehicles carrying ten security agents arrived at Mr. Aeli’s residence and arrested him.
As of now, there is no information available regarding the reasons for his detention or his place of detention.
