Breathing in Confinement: Being pardoned by the blood owners, a young inmate in Ardabil prison, who had been sentenced to death for murder, returned to life.
According to Rokna News Agency, quoting Nasser Atabati, Chief Justice of the City of Ardabil, a 24-year-old man who since 2017, being convicted of murder, was in death row, escaped the death penalty at the age of 27 with the consent of victim’s family.
