Breathing in Confinement: After being pardoned by the victim’s family, a prisoner sentenced to death for murder, escaped the death penalty.
According to Rokna news agency, quoting Morteza Bahmani Fattah, head of the Dispute Resolution Council of Hamadan province, a prisoner who had killed a person during a scuffle in 2015, and was later been sentenced to retaliation, was released from the gallows with the consent of victim’s family.
