Breathing in Confinement – The execution of at least one prisoner who had previously been arrested on charges of “murder” and sentenced to death was carried out in Isfahan Prison.

According to Breathing in Confinement, the news outlet of the Prisoners’ Rights League in Iran, at dawn on Tuesday, 4 November 2025, a prisoner was hanged in Isfahan Prison. The identity of this prisoner has been confirmed by Breathing in Confinement as Hassan Mohammadi-Pour.

Hassan Mohammadi-Pour, a resident of Mobarakeh, had previously been arrested on charges of “murder” and sentenced to death. The sentence was carried out at dawn on Tuesday, 4 November 2025, in Isfahan Prison.

Annual Report on Executions in Iran
