Breathing in Confinement – Hossein Farzin, political prisoner in Vakil Abad Prison of Mashhad returned to prison.
According to the report of “Breathing in Confinement”, Hossein Farzin, former commander of the IRGC, former deputy Mayor of Mashhad and TV director who was sent to 5 days leave of absence on first of July evening time, turned back to prison On July 6th.
He was arrested on 13th of March when he was called to Revolutionary Court. He was transferred to Vakilabad prison, Mashahd, to endure his sentence of 15 months imprisonment and 20 lashes in this prison.
In addition, the sentence of 20 lashes was carried out in Vakilabad, Mashhad.
Hossein Farzin was arrested on 11th August 2010, when Revolutionary Guard’s intelligence force of Mashhad attacked his house and he was temporarily released from prison after 3 months on bail of 300 million Rials.
