According to the report of “Breathing in Confinement”, Mohammad Khatibi has been sentenced to 6 months in prison on charge of spreading propaganda against the regime by the first branch of the revolutionary court of Tabriz.
According to what the chief judge Hamlbar has written in the verdict, the charge is based on what Mohammad Khatibi had written in his Facebook Profile.
He was tried on August 5th in branch number one of the Revolutionary Court of Tabriz by judge Hamlbar. He was charged with spreading propaganda against the regime through being active in Facebook.
