Breathing in Confinement: On Wednesday, August 11, Habib Fadaei, a citizen living in Junqan, who had been detained by security forces on Tuesday, was released.

According to Breathing in Confinement, the news organ of the Prisoners’ Rights League in Iran, Habib Fadaei, a citizen living in Junqan, was released on Wednesday, August 11, following widespread protests by the people of Junqan against his detention. He had been detained by security forces at his home on Tuesday, August 10.

Mr. Fadaei had previously also been detained for speaking at a protest rally held recently in Junqan.
