Breathing in Confinement – Three political prisoners, Giti Pour Fazel, Shahla Entesari and Shahla Jahanbin were transferred last night to the political women ward of Evin prison.
The three political activists, after a month of being kept in detention and under interrogation, were transferred to the women’s ward of Evin Prison on September 22.
Giti Pourfazal the retired Lawyer was arrested on August 19, Shahla Jahanbani on August 22, at her home, and on the same day in her own garden the women’s rights activist Shahla Entesari also was arrested by the security forces.
Mrs. Jahanbin is the spouse of Abbas Vahedian Shahroudi a civil activist who was detained in Mashhad city on August 18, 2019 and has recently been transferred to the general ward of Mashhad prison.
