Esfandani family insists on ‘innocent blood’ of their daughter despite denial of judiciary

Breathing in Confinement: Family members of Nikta Esfandani, who was killed in recent protests in Iran, expressed their hope on her Instagram page that their daughter’s innocent blood would not be left unpunished. Nikta Esfandani, a 14-year-old girl, was shot dead during the protests in Sattarkhan area in Tehran.

Breathing in Confinement- Thirteen days after the nationwide protests began against the rise in gas price, Iranian authorities have not yet provided any official information on the number and whereabouts of detainees. And the lack of information has raised concerns about the detainees’ situation and their health condition.
