Breathing in Confinement – Sepideh Gholian was arrested on Saturday, November 16, 2019, when security forces stormed her father’s home in Dezful taking her to an unknown location.

Breathing in Confinement, news organ of the Prisoners’ Rights League in Iran, quoting the Campaign to Defend Haft Tappeh Detainees, reported: Sepideh Gholian has been arrested by security forces on Saturday at her father’s home and has been transferred to an unknown location. Her participation in the protests against the rise in gas price started in most Iranian cities on Friday,  has reportedly been the reason for her detention.

It is noteworthy that after about one year of being in prison, Sepideh Gholian one of the activists detained during the protests of workers of Haft Tappeh factory had been released on bail on October 26 awaiting her trial to be finalized.
