Breathing in Confinement, November 30, 2020: An eight-year-old girl hanged herself in Bandar Abbas and unfortunately died.
According to Rokna news agency, quoting Gholamreza Jafari, the police commander of Hormozgan, the investigations show that Aylar, a little girl whose hanged body was found on the roof of her home on November 18, has taken her life by suicide.
According to the report, Aylar and her 12-year-old friend decided to attempt suicide after one of their friends had a successful suicide. However, the twelve-year-old couldn’t stand it and saved herself, but Aylar hanged herself while her twelve-year-old friend pulled the rope and helped her to kill herself. The report adds that Aylar’s 12-year-old friend has been transferred to the Welfare Department.
