Breathing in Confinement: The case of Tomaj Salehi, a protest rapper, was referred to Shahinshahr Revolutionary Court.

According to Breathing in Confinement, the news organ of the Prisoners’ Rights League in Iran, he has been accused of “propaganda against the regime and insulting the Supreme Leader” and has been acquitted of the charge of “inciting people to fight and killing.”

Mr. Salehi was previously detained by security forces at his home on September 12, 2021, and on September 21, was released from Dastgerd Prison in Isfahan on bail.
