4 prisoners hanged in Rasht / 24 executions in one week

Breathing in Confinement – 4 prisoners were hanged in the central prison of Rasht. There have been 24 prisoners hanged in Iran during last one week.
According to the report of the official website of the judiciary of Gilan province, 4 prisoners were hanged at the central prison of Rasht on August 10th.
The prisoners are identified as R-A, 44, M-A, 45, A-G, 40 and K-S. The first 3 men have been hanged on charge of drug trafficking and the last one was executed on charge of murder.
During the last one week, at least 24 prisoners have been hanged in Iran. 10 prisoners were hanged in public in Shiraz, Karaj and Kermanshah cities.
