A prisoner in Sardasht prison is released from execution

Breathing in Confinement: A prisoner in Sardasht Prison, who had previously been sentenced to death on charges of murder, was released from the jail, after being pardoned by the victim’s family.

According to Rokna News Agency, quoting the Chief Justice of Sardasht, a 26-year-old prisoner who, seven years ago, had been arrested for murder, was rescued with the consent of the blood owners.

 

As per the report, over the last year, four other prisoners also have been saved from execution in Sardasht prison.
