Breathing in Confinement: Mohammad Khani, translator, researcher, and doctoral student at Allameh University, who had been detained by security forces since October 1, 2020, was released on bail on November 11, 2020, for his trial finalized.
According to Breathing in Confinement, the news organ of the Prisoners’ Rights League in Iran, after 41 days of being under interrogation, Mohammad Khani was released from Evin Prison on a bail amount of 500 million Tomans.
The arrested researcher, after completion of his interrogation on Sunday, November 8, had been transferred from ward 209 of Evin Prison to quarantine ward 4.
He had been arrested on October 1, 2020, when the security forces raided his home in Tehran and transferred him toward 209 in Evin Prison.
