Detention of a student activist, Soha Mortezaie

Breathing in Confinement – Soha Mortezaie, a master’s degree graduate, was arrested in the student dormitory along with two other students.
According to IRNA, Soha Mortezaie, the previous secretary of the Central Student Council of Tehran University Students, was arrested on Sunday, November 17, 2019.
Over the last 21 days, in protest against being deprived of studying in a doctorate degree, Soha Mortezaie-previous secretary of Central Student Council of Tehran University, had been on one person strike in front of Tehran University. Soha was arrested in the protests in January 2017, and last year by Tehran Revolutionary Court she was sentenced to 6 years in prison.
