Breathing in Confinement: On Friday 2nd of September, two Baloch political prisoners were transferred to solitary cells in Zahedan prison for execution of theirs death sentences .

 

According to “Breathing in Confinement”, the news organ of the Prisoners’ Rights League in Iran, two Baloch political prisoners were transferred to solitary confinement in Zahedan prison for execution.

 

The two prisoners have been identified as Ainullah Ghanbarzehi, 32, and Mohsen (Nasrullah) Ghanbarzehi, 29, from Shandak. They were transferred to solitary confinement from Ward 3 of Zahedan prison.

 

These two Baloch prisoners had previously been sentenced to 25 years in prison and death in a joint case by the Zahedan Revolutionary Court on charges of “acting against national security and collaborating with anti-regime groups”.

 

According to Halvash, the accused child, “Mohsen Ghanbarzehi” known as (Nasrullah), the son of Jaman, born in September 1996, is unmarried and lives in Shandak village of Zahedan, and “Ainullah Ghanbarzehi”, the son of Abdul Rahman, born in 1989, is married and has four young children also is from Shandak village in Zahedan.

 

It needs to be said that Mohsen known as Nasrallah is a child accused and was only 16 years old when arrested.

 

These two prisoners were transferred to the solitary cell of Zahedan prison on Thursday, September 1, and had their last meeting before execution on Friday, September 2.
