According to the statistics center of the “Prisoners’ Rights League in Iran,” workers of Barez Tire in Kerman, on the seventh day of their strike, gathered to protest against low wages, tax deductions from their limited income, and the lack of increases in job benefits such as shift allowances, food allowances, housing allowances, and responsibility bonuses. Security forces attacked the workers, arresting at least three individuals.
