Breathing in Confinement: Being pardoned by the blood owners, a prisoner sentenced to death for murder was saved from death.
According to Rokna News Agency, quoting Hossein Ghorbani, Deputy Justice of East Azerbaijan, being forgiven by the victim’s family, a prisoner who since 2016 had been on death row in Tabriz Prison, was rescued from execution.
