Breathing in Confinement: The lawyer, Mohammad Hadi Erfanian Kaseb, has been summoned to Branch 1 of the Evin Court to serve his sentence.
According to “Breathing in Confinement”, the news organ of the Prisoners’ Rights League in Iran, the lawyer, Mohammad Hadi Erfanian Kaseb, was summoned to Evin Court to serve his sentence.
According to the summons, Mr. Erfanian Kaseb has been asked to appear in Branch 1 of the Sentence Enforcement Unit of Evin Court to serve his sentence.
Mohammad Hadi Erfanian Kaseb had previously been sentenced by Branch 29 of the Revolutionary Court in Tehran to 3 months and 5 days in prison on charges of “propaganda activities against the regime.” The sentence was upheld five days after being referred to Branch 36 of the Tehran Provincial Court of Appeals, presided over by Judge Ahmad Zargar.
Evidence of this accusation is his interview with the state media and its broadcast by Persian-language media abroad about the murder of his client Alireza Shirmohammad Ali, a political prisoner killed in the Greater Tehran prison.
